How do I become a qualified Trans Dynamics, Inc. carrier?
It's easy to become an authorized Trans Dynamics carrier, email us today at carrier@transdynamics.com or call 800.827.7717 to receive our carrier setup package. Fill out the forms and fax them to Carrier Resources at 770.921.4236.
How do I know if you have any available freight?
Simply call our friendly dispatchers at 800.827.7717, check online at this website or receive our daily available loads email. You must already be a qualified carrier to receive our emails.
Can I fax my bills or do I need to mail them?
You can fax your bills to 800.359.2602 or email them to settlement@transdynamics.com to begin your settlement process. At present, we require you to mail the original documents to us at:

How soon will I get paid?
It depends on when we receive your bills.

Standard Pay: Our current payment policy is to pay you 25 days after we receive your invoice, bill of lading and any other documentation associated with your shipment. You may begin the settlement process by faxing your paperwork to us at 800.359.2602 or emailing your paperwork to settlement@transdynamics.com. You can receive your payment by either mailed check or direct deposit (coming soon).

Quick Pay: If you desire to be paid as quickly as possible upon delivery, simply let us know. We will need your invoice, "clean" bill of lading and any other documentation associated with your shipment. Send the required documents by faxing your paperwork to us at 800.359.2602 or emailing to settlement@transdynamics.com. You can receive your payment by either mailed check or direct deposit (coming soon). If the paperwork is received before 12:00PM Eastern Time, payment can be made same day. If the paperwork is received after 12:00PM Eastern Time, payment will be made the following business day. There will be a fee of 2% of total carrier pay deducted from final payment.

Fuel Advance: You may receive a partial payment for your services upon loading at our shipper. We advance up to 30% of your total carrier pay via Comcheck. There will be a fee of 5% of the amount advanced deducted upon final payment for the advance. We must receive a permission form back from you authorizing the advance. The cutoff time to receive an advance is 5:00PM Eastern Time. If you are not loading until after 5:00pm, you will need to make arrangements with our dispatch to get your advance after normal business hours.

Do you offer Direct Deposit?
We will soon. Once direct deposit is available will be happy to send payment to you electronically. Contact settlement@transdynamics.com to get Direct Deposit set up or call 800.827.7717.
Are there restrictions to receiving cash advances?
Yes. If you factor your bills, you will have to get permission in writing from your factoring company allowing advances. Your paperwork will need to be filled out stating who may receive advances.
How do I check my settlement status?
Login to this website to search for your current settlement status. You can view when we received your bills and what day payment is scheduled to be made.
Who do I speak to if there is a question about a deduction?
Email settlement@transdynamics.com or call 800.827.7717. Be sure to have our Order Reference Number, located on our carrier rate confirmation for faster service.
Can I get a dedicated lane?
Call 800.827.7717 and speak to dispatch for available lanes and rates.
Why didn't I receive a 1099?
You may not have received a 1099 for the following reasons:
  1. Your company is incorporated.
  2. We do not have your current address.
  3. We do not have a W-9 with our current tax status.
What do I do if I forget my password for your website?
